Compatability - AlphaShield is compatible across all operating systems, with no problems being reported. Indeed our own tests on all the latest software including VISTA, Windows Server 2003 and XP, Linux and Mac OSX etc confirm seamless automatic integration, the same as all existing O/S systems already on the market. Modem compatability is the same and with no need to ever upgrade the device's on board 'firmware', trouble free protection is here to stay!
